The house is located in Dicmo. It is planned as a residential house for a young family. The plot is regular, without a slope, and is located in an environment where there is no significant architectural design.

The house is designed in such a way that on one side the ground floor is set back from the county road and oriented to the south, to the private garden, while the first floor is oriented to the south and north with views of the mountain, and the volume is extended partially to the north, creating a covered entrance and to the south, where it forms a covered terrace.
