HOUSE IN ZASEOK

The existing residential building is located in the hamlet of Baćev Do’, which belongs to the town of Gruda. It dates back to 1939 and, as a result of many years of deterioration, is no longer in a usable condition. It is located in a moderate protection zone, so it is necessary to preserve the traditional elements of the building. The reconstructed holiday home is authentic and surrounded by natural beauty. It is located near various facilities that can attract and entertain the user.

The project consists of the reconstruction of an old building, which will become a family holiday home. The old stone frame has been preserved, and the interior has been completely reconstructed. The house consists of four bedrooms and bathrooms. In front of the building, an olive grove would be created, a landscaped green area with various Mediterranean trees, between which a relaxation area would be created..

An auxiliary building next to the main building will become a tavern with a wine tasting room, for which both the outdoor and indoor spaces are used. The wine tasting room is an additional content through which the production process is presented, as a link between the building and the vineyards owned by the Investor.
