The house is located in Škrip on the island of Brač. It is planned as a holiday home for a private investor. Škrip is one of the oldest settlements on the island of Brač, and is specific for its location on the northern side of the island, away from the sea, with a view of Split.

The house is located on a plot surrounded by nature, so it was in our interest to use a smaller part of the plot for construction so that the remaining part would be a useful outdoor space.

The shape of the house is defined by two parameters: a view towards the sea and a view towards the old part of Škrip. The cuboid of the building is broken and follows the longer rounded side of the plot in order to take advantage of the characteristic views, but also to obtain the largest possible share of usable space.
