Borak – a place within the city of Omiš. Interesting geographical position, located on a hill between the city of Omiš and the Omiš Dinara, attractive views of the unique combination of the Cetina River, sea and mountains, the island of Brač opposite, and only 30 km from Split.

Villa concept – divided into 3 levels, the last level rotated – privacy / views. By rotating the last level or floor, new frames / views are created, covered spaces on the ground floor, and terraces on the first floor. In the back of the ground floor, an outdoor courtyard is created (a courtyard as a traditional element interpreted in a modern way). Villa + context – materials were used that would further integrate the Villas into the environment, such as: concrete (visually blends in with the mountain in the background), stone as a traditional material and wood (openings and sun protection).
