The house is located in Splitska, on the island of Brač.

It was planned as a house for the purpose of tourism and occasional stays of investors.

The plot is irregular, sloping towards the east, while the view is towards the northwest, so it was a big challenge to find a compromise between the configuration of the terrain, the view, the access to the house itself, and the investor’s wishes.
