The existing plot was divided into 3 smaller plots where free-standing residential buildings were placed in such a way that they did not create a visual barrier to each other. Great emphasis was placed on the arrangement of the external environment and that the buildings fit into the natural environment as much as possible. The wishes of the investors are to take advantage of the best views, not to block each other’s beautiful views, and to use the full potential of the outdoor space and enable different oases of outdoor living.
