The house is located in Kalebova Luka in Rogoznica. It is planned as a holiday home in a peaceful environment.
The shape of the house is defined by the configuration of the terrain. The terrain slopes towards the south, where the access to the plot is located, and the sea is on the west side. For this reason, the house is oriented to the west. Due to the large slope towards the south, the living area is located on the highest floor. In this way, it gets a view and maximum insolation. The floor also has an accompanying outdoor space, with swimming pools and gardens.
Since the ground floor is buried and receives the least amount of sun, it houses the additional spaces for relaxation and service; sauna, fitness, storage, etc. The middle floor is designed as a sleeping area. 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms have access to the outdoor garden on the west side.
